About me I completed my Masters Degree at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (SPTI), which is accredited by the University of Birmingham. Currently, I am in training to become a clinical supervisor of fellow psychotherapists. I have been working with clients for many years, with a wide range of clients and issues. Since 2000, I have also been working as yoga teacher around the world. My particular field of interest in psychotherapy is how profound experiences in relationship can transform one's perspective. After more than 20 years of travelling and living as a foreigner, I am also interested in integrating and accepting diversity within one's self. |

General information about how I work
- I am a member of the BACP, and work in compliance with their Ethical Framework
- Fee: £40-45 per therapeutic hour. A therapeutic hour is 50 minutes.
- Free Initial Session: where we discuss what brings you to our meeting, and what you would like from therapy. This is also a good chance to explore any reservations you may have about therapy, or working with me
- If you decide you want to continue, we will arrange our next session and review what your aims are before the end of the Initial Session
- If you choose not to continue, but would like support from a different service, I will try to offer you contact information of relevant therapists or organisations
